It was a tragedy in the offing, I foresaw many years ago. The dimensions of this issue are varied. Starting with the English doctors being a sort of misfits in their own nation. Then the un-understood issue of English doctors working abroad with the label that they are low category ones; it can scar the English soul, and add on to the immense negativity already haunting Britain. Beyond that think of the immense negative cultural inputs they can carry inside.
